What is an Extended Warranty

An extended warranty is an option to prolong the YappyKids manufacturer warranty by one or two years and receive additional benefits.

It provides extra security and confidence that your chosen product will be serviced quickly, professionally, and with priority.


What You Receive

From the first day of purchase you receive:

Longer product return period with no reason required
The return period is 30 days instead of the standard 14 days.

Priority service in case of a warranty claim
Your request is placed at the front of the service queue.

50 percent discount on naturally wearing parts, such as:

  • screws, drop side mechanism, wheels, guides

  • any additional fittings or wooden parts you may want to purchase for your product

Free repair or part replacement
if the defect is caused by YappyKids manufacturing fault.

Free usage and maintenance consultations,
including questions not fully described in the instruction manual.


Additional Warranty Conditions for Mattresses

  • The warranty covers sleeping zone indentations of at least 40 mm.

  • The warranty is valid only if the mattress is used on a suitable slatted base.

  • Normal small body impression marks that do not exceed 40 mm are not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • To maintain mattress quality, rotate and turn the mattress every 3 months.


Where and When Can You Purchase the Extended Warranty

  • The extended warranty can be purchased at the time of product purchase by selecting the option in your shopping cart for plus 1 or plus 2 years.

  • It applies to all selected products.

  • The price of the extended warranty depends on the total value of the selected products.


Extended Warranty Conditions

The extended warranty is not valid if the damage was caused by the customer or user, including the following cases:

❌ The product was not used according to the instruction manual, including:

  • used for unintended purposes

  • maintained with unsuitable cleaning products

  • visible mechanical damage such as scratches, cracks, or break marks

❌ Damage caused by improper transportation or storage
when performed by the customer.

❌ Visible signs of unauthorized repair or disassembly.

Natural wear, for example:

  • wheel free movement

  • surface wear caused by intensive use

❌ The product was used for professional purposes, for example in public spaces, kindergartens, playrooms, and similar.


Warranty Repair

  • Warranty service is usually completed within 15 calendar days.

  • If parts are required from the factory, the repair period may be extended by the delivery time.

  • Products with extended warranty receive priority service.


Cases When Manufacturer Warranty is Not Valid

  • Mechanical damage caused by the user such as impacts, breakage, deformation, or natural disasters such as fire or flooding.

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation, transportation, or storage, or if the instruction manual requirements were not followed.

  • Use of unsuitable, non standard or non original accessories or parts that caused the damage.
