Shipping and Delivery

Where do we ship from?

We ship our products from our warehouse in Latvia, Riga.

Do we ship to foreign countries?

Yes, we ship to other countries.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at sales@yappy.lv, specifying what you would like to order and the exact delivery address. We will calculate delivery costs and contact you.

How long does delivery take?

  • Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times range from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the recipient’s location.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Are customs taxes applied to the order?

Orders to EU countries: No customs taxes apply; all VAT is included in the product price.

Orders to countries outside the EU: For countries such as USA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, additional fees may apply, including:

  • customs duties,

  • VAT or other local taxes,

  • processing or handling fees,

  • courier service charges.

These fees may be applied upon delivery or afterwards.
We cannot control or influence these charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check local customs regulations before placing your order.

What if my order is lost or damaged during transportation?

We carefully pack all items, but damage or loss may occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours after delivery at sales@yappy.lv.

  2. Include photos showing:

    • damaged outer packaging,

    • damaged item,

    • shipment labels (with tracking number).
      Without photos, insurance cannot cover the damage.

  3. After assessment, we will:

    • send a replacement part or item, or

    • offer another suitable solution.

If your shipment is lost:

  • If tracking shows the package is delayed or stationary, contact us.

  • We will investigate with the courier service.

  • If officially confirmed lost, we will send a replacement order or agree on another solution.

Where are our products made?

All our furniture is manufactured exclusively in European factories.

What materials do we use?

We use high-quality wood: pine, birch, beech, and oak.

What varnish is used?

We use water-based paints and varnishes (the same as those used for toys, EN 71-3) or natural wax.

How easy is it to assemble?

Each item comes with a clear instruction guide, making assembly step by step simple and easy.

Product warranty

According to EU legislation, our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty.
If you need to make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Are your products certified?

Although manufacturers are not required to have certification, products must meet established standards.
We test our furniture and adhere to strict European Union standards to ensure quality and safety.
Standards: EN 716-1:2017+A1:2019


Payment

Payment methods

We offer several convenient and secure payment options:

  • Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

If your online payment fails, check your email—you likely received a follow-up payment notification. If payment is not received within one business day, an invoice will be automatically sent.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed via our secure shopping cart, ensuring the highest level of security.
Once payment is received, your order will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.

Sales tax

VAT is included in the price of the product.


Spare Parts and Returns

Returns

  • Period: 14 days from the date of receiving the item

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Do not return the item without prior confirmation from us

Spare parts

If you need a spare part, contact sales@yappy.lv and provide:

  • your order number or product name

  • description of the required part, photo, or part number from the assembly instructions

This allows us to process your request as quickly as possible.
