We carefully pack all items, but damage or loss may occur during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 72 hours after delivery at sales@yappy.lv.
Include photos showing:
damaged outer packaging,
damaged item,
shipment labels (with tracking number).
Without photos, insurance cannot cover the damage.
After assessment, we will:
send a replacement part or item, or
offer another suitable solution.
If your shipment is lost:
If tracking shows the package is delayed or stationary, contact us.
We will investigate with the courier service.
If officially confirmed lost, we will send a replacement order or agree on another solution.
All our furniture is manufactured exclusively in European factories.
We use high-quality wood: pine, birch, beech, and oak.
We use water-based paints and varnishes (the same as those used for toys, EN 71-3) or natural wax.
Each item comes with a clear instruction guide, making assembly step by step simple and easy.
According to EU legislation, our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty.
